Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–6 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipments may take additional time. Any significant delay will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We charge a flat ₹69 shipping fee per domestic order within India, regardless of parcel weight or size. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message along with tracking details, wherever applicable.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
The 3–6 business-day processing period is before dispatch and does not include courier transit time. Delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Bhakti Today is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Bhakti Today is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
