Returns

At present, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Refunds (Damaged Products Only)

We ensure a refund only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • The video must clearly show the damage to the product

Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify as damage.

  • Bhakti Today reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the provided evidence.
